About the role

Location: Bristol, UK. Hybrid

Experience: 8+ years of FANUC robotics experience with prior training/instructor experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led Fanuc robotics training to operators, technicians, and engineers.
  • Conduct training on robot operation, setup, programming, troubleshooting, safety, teach pendant usage, robot motion, coordinate systems, and frames.
  • Develop and customize training content, exercises, training aids, and practical sessions.
  • Deliver process-specific training related to robotic applications such as welding, blasting, and inspection.
  • Assess trainee competency and identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand training objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning programs.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robots.
  • Expertise in robot operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience delivering classroom and hands-on technical training.
  • Experience developing training materials and practical exercises.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Manufacturing or shop-floor experience.
