The admin assistant will work alongside the operations manager and assist with inbound customer enquiries, provide live updates to customers as well as assist with customer feedback, and collect service reviews on completion of jobs from customers. You will also get to learn and experience how operations in a busy courier office are managed. This is an exciting role which will allow the customer care representative to work on some exciting client projects from film production logistics to delivery of PPE and be at the forefront of our customer service.
