The Sales and Marketing Assistant will work alongside the marketing manager and assist with various elements of the firm's marketing matrix and sales campaigns. Unicorn Logistics is an express same-day courier service that operates nationwide. This placement will be in the admin Headquarters which are located at the Paragon Business park in Horwich, Bolton. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A KICKSTART SCHEME. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST BE UNDER 25 AND BE ON UNIVERSAL CREDIT FOR 6 MONTHS.
Responsibilities- Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers
- Delivering high-quality market research and intelligence
- Following up inquiries and quotes issued to clients
- Assisting the marketing team with Courier tenders
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with executing sales campaigns
- Assisting with the implementation of Social Media, Email, and Content writing
- A professional telephone manner
- Ability to deliver outstanding client care
- Basic understanding of marketing
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office applications)
- Full training provided
