Your Mission:

  • Drive new commercial partnerships across biotech, pharma, CROs, and healthcare.
  • Expand market reach and secure high-value contracts for biobanking, sample processing, and analytical services.
  • Lead strategic dealmaking, working alongside a high-calibre executive team.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing business development function.

You’ll Need:

  • A strong track record in biotech/pharma/life sciences, with multimillion-pound deals to your name.
  • A well-connected network and ability to open key doors.
  • Experience in biobanking, clinical research, CROs, or lab services.
  • A strategic, hands-on approach with top-tier communication and negotiation skills.
