TWG Kitchen would like to recruit the best chefs in the hospitality industry to work at a range of locations and events in the South West and South Wales.
Your role would be to provide chef support to our clients across multiple locations within the hospitality sector from major events venues to pubs and restaurants and the industrial/care sector.
Chefs would be working a flexible, rota-based week where you choose the assignments that you commit to and decline those that don't fit your commitments.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect proper remuneration, an industry standard reward scheme and a superb work environment.
To become part of our close-knit chef team, we ask that, ideally, you have worked to Chef de Partie level as a minimum.

About TWG Kitchen
TWG Kitchen is the chef division of TWG Group. One of the South West’s eminent hospitality staffing suppliers and consultants. We have a growing team of relief, freelance and area chefs, with assignments suited to all levels and hours to suit all. We work with clients across the South West and South Wales providing staffing for their restaurants, canteens, events and stadia.
How To Apply
- Search on Appstore or Playstore for the “TWG Staff” app and install it onto your IOS or Android device.
- Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a profile.
- To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as “Bristol” and pick a date and time for your online induction.
- We will accept your induction request and send you a text with details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 20-30 mins.
- Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
