Position: Building Surveyor (Freelance / Contract)

Project Type: Schedule of Condition (Student Accommodation Block)

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Timing: On-site survey week commencing Monday 20th July

IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Independent Contract)

Fee Structure: Fixed Price (subject to surveyor quotation)

Software Requirement: GoReport (with output to Excel Schedule of Condition)
