We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trader / Property Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties.
The work includes
- Carpentry and joinery
- Doors and fire doors
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- General plumbing
- Plastering and dry lining
- Tiling and flooring
- Painting and decorating
- Brickwork, render and repointing
- Gutters, fascias and fencing
- General property repairs
You do not need to be able to do everything on the list. We’re looking for someone with a strong core trade and experience working across different areas of property maintenance.
- You’ll Need
- 2+ years' recent full-time PAYE experience in a similar role
- Proven property maintenance / multi-trade experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own tools
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs properly
CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and additional trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
