Part-Time Telesales / Appointment Setter Location: Shrewsbury – Office Based Pay: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay Hours: 10:00am–2:00pm, 4 days per week Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent An established Shrewsbury company that manufactures a large range of commercial vacuum cleaners and professional cleaning equipment is looking for an experienced Telesales / Appointment Setter to join their office on a part-time basis. This is an office-based role – it is not a home-working position. You will make outbound sales calls to schools, hospitals, care homes, government buildings, factories, warehouses and commercial offices. Your role will be to speak to the appropriate person, introduce the company's products, generate interest and arrange appointments for a Sales Representative to visit and demonstrate the equipment. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound sales calls to potential customers. * Identify and speak to the relevant decision-maker. * Introduce the company's range of commercial vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment. * Generate interest and arrange appointments for the Sales Representative. * Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments. * Follow up previous enquiries where required. Requirements * Previous sales experience is essential. * Confident and happy making outbound sales calls. * Professional telephone manner. * Comfortable speaking to managers and decision-makers. * Persistent, organised and motivated. * Good communication skills.
