Full-Time, Permanent

At Trinity Claims, we’re entering a pivotal period of transformation — and we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who’s ready to step into a high-impact, strategic role. This is not a transactional HR position. We’re looking for a challenger, a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor who can partner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and long-term capability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to embed people strategies that enable commercial success and a high-performance culture.
  • Influencing decisions, questioning assumptions, and shaping the future of the organisation through insight and action.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that align with operational and commercial goals.
  • Leading thinking on organisation design, workforce planning, and optimal talent deployment.
  • Challenging and influencing decisions to ensure alignment with future capability needs.
  • Coaching leaders through complex employee issues and building management capability.
  • Collaborating on the design and delivery of continuous improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Resilient, insightful, and not afraid to speak up when it counts.
  • Commercially aware and deeply people-focused — able to bridge the gap between business needs and people priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Comfortable working with (and challenging) senior stakeholders.
  • Confident using HR systems and interpreting people data.
  • 5+ years in a strategic, business-facing HR role — ideally within a fast-paced, change-heavy or regulated environment (insurance or financial services experience a plus).
  • A proven track record of advising senior leaders and driving organisational change.
  • Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and cultural transformation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum); Level 7 or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

In return, we can offer you:

  • Basic Salary £40,000-45,000 (DOE), as well as market leading benefits.
  • 25 days Annual leave plus statutory holidays.
  • Car allowance.
  • Discretionary performance related bonus.
  • Life insurance cover.
  • Enhanced company pension scheme.
  • Employee of the month & employee of the year awards.
  • Refer a Friend scheme.
  • An extra day’s holiday for your birthday.
  • Paid volunteering/charity day a year.
  • Support in your development and wellbeing, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Eye test vouchers.
  • Training and development opportunities at all levels through Trinity Academy and Apprenticeship programs.
  • Social events.

If you’re a strategic, courageous HR leader who’s ready to drive real impact — we want to hear from you.
