Date: 8 September 2026 A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher looking to join a primary setting in Lewisham this September.

Transparency Education is seeking a teacher who can create an Early Years classroom where children are curious, confident and excited to learn.

What you will be doing

As the class teacher, you will

  • Plan engaging learning opportunities across the EYFS curriculum.
  • Balance adult-led teaching with purposeful child-initiated learning.
  • Develop childrens communication, language and early literacy skills.
  • Monitor childrens progress through observation and assessment.
  • Differentiate provision for a wide range of developmental needs.
  • Work effectively with Early Years support staff.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and carers.
  • Create an organised, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

About you We are looking for a teacher who

  • Holds UK QTS.
  • Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Understands early childhood development.
  • Is creative and confident planning through play.
  • Can establish warm but clear expectations.
  • Works effectively as part of a wider staff team.
  • Both experienced Early Years teachers and high-quality ECT applicants are welcome.

Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
