Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
- Provide support and guidance to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to students' holistic development and well-being.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Cover all classes across the school.
- Be allocated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time to effectively support the school's educational objectives.
Requirements:
- Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.
- Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is advantageous.

- NVQ level 3/4 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of working within KS2 or KS1.
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment.

- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
