About the role

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in the UK, a fast-growing, specialist brokerage operating across commercial, residential, and bridging finance. This is a hybrid role combining client-facing brokerage with proactive business development, but with strong operational support behind you.

You will focus on advising clients, structuring deals, and building relationships, while an experienced case progression team manages applications from submission through to completion. You will also benefit from high net worth commercial and bridging leads generated for you, alongside the opportunity to grow your own introducer network and pipeline. Working with a whole-of-market lender panel, this role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys complex cases, strong earnings, and a performance-led environment.

  • Advise clients on bridging finance, commercial lending, and residential mortgages
  • Structure, package, and present finance cases, including complex and high-value transactions
  • Convert high-quality, high net worth commercial and bridging leads provided by the business
  • Consistently work towards and exceed individual revenue and performance targets

Requirements:

  • CeMAP Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, Bridging Broker, or Finance BDM
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial finance
  • Demonstrable track record of generating business and/or consistent billing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Established network within property finance or specialist lending
