About ThreatAware
ThreatAware is a fast-growing Cyber Security SaaS company helping organisations proactively manage and secure their digital assets. Our agentless platform integrates with existing IT and security tools via APIs, giving teams complete visibility across their entire device estate - ensuring the deployment, health, and configuration of critical security agents at all times.
About Labs
Labs is our newest product line - a self-serve, product-led experience that extends ThreatAware's platform into how security and IT teams build, automate and get more value out of their tooling day to day. It's still early days, which means genuine ownership for whoever joins us to help build it.
The Role
We're looking for a technically sharp Solutions Engineer to join us at the ground floor of Labs. You'll be the go-to technical expert for prospective and existing customers - helping them get hands-on with Labs from their first demo through to everyday use, blending deep technical know-how with a genuine commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, helping customers build real solutions in Labs from day one
- Own technical onboarding and light-touch ongoing support, turning early interest into active, everyday usage
- Guide prospects and customers through adopting Labs, understanding their needs and translating them into real use cases
- Work closely with our Sales Engineering and Account Management teams to spot and develop opportunities within our existing customer base
- Feed customer insight back into Product to help shape the Labs roadmap
What We're Looking For
- A technical, hands-on background - comfortable demoing, configuring and troubleshooting a technical product (security industry experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Some commercial instinct - confident guiding a customer through a purchase decision, not just supporting one
- A builder mentality - you enjoy getting into the detail and making things work, not just talking about them
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely excited to help shape a brand-new product and role from the ground up
- A track record of fast progression early in your career counts for more with us than years of tenure in a similar seat
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
- Real ownership over a brand-new product line within a Series A-backed company scaling fast
- A collaborative team with genuine opportunities for career progression
