We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join us as we embark on the opening of more of the Theobalds Estate. The Health Club launch means nutritious and healthy meal options for guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade. Your Sous Chef responsibilities include:

  • Create, prepare, cook and present dishes - running your section, leading section(s) and coordinating service with colleagues.
  • Mindful of wastage, portions, time efficiencies and working with all departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Supporting Head Chef to lead and mentor less experienced colleagues - working as a team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility to cook and serve on any section to ensure smooth service - great food, every time!
  • Following Food Safety and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clean up and cleanliness of section.
