Company introduction

At TTC, we are enriching lives by connecting people and places.

For over 100 years, we've been bringing the world closer together by crafting journeys that create lasting memories, lifelong friendships and meaningful cultural connections. Across more than 70 countries and our award‑winning brands, we design and deliver travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing, they change perspectives.

Behind every unforgettable journey is a passionate team making it happen. That's where you come in.

The role

Product Owners within the TTC Tech Team play a vital role in driving development of systems used to support the Sales, Marketing and Operations areas of the business. Product Owners are responsible for one area of the business and work with the Product Managers to prioritise and deliver systems to support business activities.

Our values

Everything we do is guided by our five shared commitments:

  • Value Every Voice: we put people first.
  • Act with Integrity: we do what's right.
  • Explore Beyond Boundaries: we're driven by curiosity.
  • Own the Outcome: we take responsibility for our decisions.
  • Succeed Together: we've got each other's backs.

What will you do?

  • Working with key business stakeholders & technical teams to prioritise changes and enhancements across a shared platform
  • Become a SME in a business area and understand how our solutions are used to support them
  • Analyse the size or complexity of a change using appropriate methodologies and documentation for changes vs enhancements
  • Analyse and interpret business needs into scalable Tech solutions and/or improved/changed business processes
  • Define, document and present business requirements relevant to your product area
  • Understand, document & manage dependencies with or impact on other systems / projects
  • Promote system adoption through inhouse training, group best practises, webinars etc.
  • Support CRM project implementation and the handover of new solutions (e.g. testing, training, handover to application support)
  • Efficiently manage backlogs and enhancements for a specific business area ensuring priorities are understood and actioned accordingly
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that solutions fit with the business vision
  • Working with the wider TTC Tech Team to identify synergies by analysing the balance between system scalability and specific market or brand requirements

About you

Essential skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a sense of pragmatism, we need to understand and be responsive to our internal customer needs, know how our Salesforce & data solutions can support them but also when they aren't suitable.
  • Curiosity and energy, we work in a very broad implementation, no one person can know everything, our success is dependent on being interested and inquisitive about our businesses and the work of our teammates.
  • Emphasis on the success of the team, we prefer working together to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities.
  • Agility & self-initiative, we have a varied and exciting backlog; but it means everyone needs to consider how to manage their own workload as well as prioritise requirements / manage expectations appropriately in their projects or business areas.
  • Technical understanding of CRM implementations
  • Flexible stakeholder management & commercial acumen, we work for many brands and teams. Being able to adapt how we engage with them and quickly understand their business model is an important skill for our Product Owners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, whether it's explaining a technical concept, sharing our wins with wider teams or knowing how to deliver bad news, we work hard to communicate effectively together and across TTC.
  • Experience in an analytical (BA/SA/PO) role within a project environment. Experience of Business analysis techniques and project methodologies, e.g. User Stories, Experience Design, Process mapping.
  • Experience in Travel or Salesforce is an advantage but not necessary
  • Salesforce Business Analyst certified

TTC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to inclusion and accessibility throughout our recruitment process. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to support your application.
