Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding commercial results? We're looking for an ambitious Commercial Sales Manager to lead and inspire a successful sales team within a fast-paced automotive environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving and exceeding key business objectives, and supporting the ongoing development of Business Managers to deliver tailored finance solutions for a diverse customer base. You'll maximise opportunities across both new and used vehicle sales, as well as associated products and services.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a successful team.
  • Experience in B2B sales management within the motor industry.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
