About the role

THE RECRUITMENT ORCHARD in the United Kingdom is seeking an exceptional Group Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial function as the business enters a new growth phase. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will unify Sales and Marketing under one vision, shape strategy, and drive sustainable, profitable expansion across channels and key accounts.

You will build a high-performance team (4 direct reports, total 9), recruit leadership roles, and influence Board-level decisions.
