Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in the logistics and freight distribution industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales calls and strategic follow-ups. This role requires industry knowledge in freight forwarding, distribution, transport solutions, and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients within target industries
  • Promote freight distribution, transport, and logistics solutions
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer needs
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years’ telesales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of freight distribution, road freight advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative and follow-up skills
