We are currently looking for a passionate Night Guest Relations Manager, to join our Front Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Night Guest Relations Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To ensure VIP rooms and amenities are prepared to optimum standard whilst performing inspections of bedrooms on a daily basis
- To send a report via the Duty Managers log book to the Managing Director, General Manager and all key managers on the running of the hotel.
- To complete a full inspection of the Hotel including all staff areas in conjunction with the Security inspections.
- To check the daily night audit proof list each night.
- To prepare the daily operations report for the General Manager.
- Night duties to include: Printing of Registration Cards, Creating PF accounts, Charging Newspapers to guest folios, Updating daily figures on whiteboard, Arranging invoices as per FIN 20 Report, Updating Daily exchange rates, No Show Report, Printing Downtime reports.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than 38.5 hours. This shift pattern operates 4 on 4 off.
