We’re looking for candidates that want to push the boundaries with clients whilst still being able to deliver excellent results. You should have solid experience in both planning and buying across multiple online channels, and be able to strike the balance between analytical and creative thinking to aid long‑term growth strategies for your clients. Collaboration between teams and with clients is key to success here.
Your role will involve:
- Leading planning and execution across all digital channels, managing campaigns from strategic planning to optimisation and in-depth post‑analysis.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities, delegating effectively, maintaining team workload balance and quality output.
- Implementing tagging/tracking across platforms and integrating reporting with clients' owned systems where required.
- Maintaining team operational processes.
- Coordinating with offline teams for holistic planning and integration across channels.
- Managing weekly account forecasting and identifying growth opportunities for your accounts.
- Educating clients on evolving digital industry developments.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Line-managing a Digital Account Executive.
The Must Haves:
- A minimum of 2‑3 years advanced hands‑on, implementational and strategic experience across core digital channels and platforms (Paid Search and Paid Social are a must).
- Independent media agency experience and experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Client‑facing skills to build and maintain trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- People management experience including development of juniors and the ability to manage upwards.
