Our client is based in Yorkshire and is looking for a Groundwork Contract Manager to join their company to help in the growth of the company and work on general groundwork projects with values up to £10m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Convey the method of construction to the estimating team during the tender process
- Attend tender handover meetings with in-house estimators
- Attend pre-start meetings
- Produce contract programmes of works from contact/construction information
- Ensure timely management of temporary design to meet the requirements of each project
- Prepare and negotiate the terms of all project agreements and ensure all parties understand both the scope and limitations of the contract
- Manage the project in a highly detailed manner to schedule deliverables and accurately estimate costs
The salary being offered from the client is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
