About the role

The Growth Company’s Employment team is seeking an Employment Advisor to guide unemployed individuals through the Restart Scheme.

You will deliver tailored support to help users progress into local employment for up to 12 months, with a focus on overcoming barriers and practical job-search activities.

Password to progression includes CV support, benefit calculations, mock interviews and sustained in-work guidance.

This role supports communities across the North of England and beyond.
