Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.
This opportunity is suited to a commercially driven recruiter with proven experience managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across both client and candidate management. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions, and supporting businesses operating at the forefront of the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.
Working within a high-performing and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to build long-term client partnerships, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to the continued growth of an internationally recognised brand within the green economy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across permanent recruitment assignments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the renewable energy and clean technology markets
- Source, engage, and headhunt mid-to-senior level professionals across specialist sectors
- Conduct business development activities including client outreach, market mapping, and account growth
- Qualify client hiring requirements and provide consultative recruitment solutions
- Manage candidate processes from initial engagement through to offer negotiation and placement
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients
- Coordinate interviews and provide detailed feedback to both clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers, salaries, and terms of business
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and build strong industry networks through conferences and events
- Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment role
- Proven experience managing both client and candidate relationships
- Permanent recruitment experience preferred
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially minded with a target-driven approach
- Positive, professional, and resilient attitude
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or clean technology sectors is advantageous
