We are currently seeking a reliable, organised and motivated individual to join the kitchen team at The Falmouth Hotel as Breakfast Chef.
This is an ideal role for an early riser who takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes and enjoys working in a structured and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistent standard.
- Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety practices at all times.
- Set up and organise your section ahead of service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Support the wider kitchen team where required.
- Ensure all food is presented to the highest standard in line with brand expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to work early morning shifts.
- A positive, proactive attitude and passion for quality food.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
