Overview

Our client who are large, internationally celebrated architectural practice are looking for a confident and dynamic Bid Coordinator to join their successful and growing team in their London office.

With a healthy pipeline of projects across various sectors the ideal candidate will have experience working on the full bids process from beginning to end. You will join a collaborative team of four and work alongside the Head of Marketing and Head of Bids to produce compelling bids and proposals. They require someone who is detail- and deadline-focused and possesses excellent administration skills.

The practice is established within their field and has a friendly and sociable team. This is an excellent position for an enthusiastic professional who is looking to develop their skillset further and contribute to the wider team and company’s growth. Responsibilities

  • Format and publish bid documents and submissions
  • Bring forward ideas and contribute to development and efficiency of the bid process
  • Summarise tender requirements and facilitate bid decisions
  • Draft, proof and reformat bid materials
  • Maintain and update the company’s bid library
  • Access and distribute tender documents
  • Assist with bid presentations and meetings
  • Develop technical responses and structures for bids
  • Produce case studies for projects
  • Identify bid and new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bid-related role, ideally within architecture and/or the built environment
  • Skilled in tender submissions, PQQs, and EOIs
  • Advanced IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign)
  • Effective professional written, verbal and presentation abilities
  • Dynamic and quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously
