We are working with a High-Performance Automotive Supplier in Leamington Spa who are expanding their CNC Manufacturing capabilities and looking for a CNC Programmer to join their team.
You'll be joining a family-owned business who have invested heavily in a new facility, new machinery and growing the team in the last 24 months, and this has all come through consistently supplying high quality components for the automotive industry and now expansion into the defence and aerospace industry.
As a CNC Programmer, you will be completely offline, programming new components in Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software, as well as liaising with Machinists on the shopfloor for overseeing the process for first off's through machining and inspection. So far more than just sitting and programming, you will be involved in developing processes and utilising your machining experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be experienced in writing new programmes, whether that's as a Hybrid Machinist Programmer stepping up to full offline work, or an existing programmer looking to step into a new modern environment.
