Customer Support Executive - Remote in Manchester
The Chip, Inc. Manchester About the role
Dealing with all queries that come in through live chat, email and through social media. Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience. Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team. Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am to 10pm Monday - Sunday (Shift basis) 39 Hours a week, this may include working on either Saturday or Sunday.
You are friendly and naturally engaging with a positive can-do attitude to customer support. Committed to providing excellent customer support, written and verbal.
Although we're in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current customer support team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile.
