OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
- Supervisory or management experience within a Conference & Banqueting, Events or hospitality environment
- Experience delivering high‑quality service for conferences, banquets, weddings or large‑scale events
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A passion for developing and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results
- A proactive and hands‑on approach, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
