About the role

The Belfry Hotel & Resort invites an experienced Assistant Night Manager to lead the night operation across the resort.

You will manage the nights team, uphold high standards of service, and ensure a flawless guest experience while exemplifying Belfry values.

Responsibilities include supporting the night manager on floor duties, handling guest queries, assisting with Night Audit, ensuring safety and cleanliness of public areas, and maintaining staff rosters with a focus on guest satisfaction.
