Location: Terex Farlough
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 7.30-4.30, Friday 7.30-12.30 (39 hours)
We are growing our team at Terex Farlough, the home of Terex Washing, Terex Recycling and Cedarapids Equipment. Join our team of highly skilled assembly fitters and embark on an exciting opportunity. We are looking for self-motivated, highly skilled Fitters who thrive in a build to order environment and are keen to learn and adapt.
What you will do:
- You will be part of the assembly fitting team using power and manual tooling, following technical engineering drawings whilst working to meet production targets.
- You will be constantly aware of the health and safety controls in place, and work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing build to order bespoke Material Processing equipment
- Use of power and manual tooling
- Reading and understanding of engineering drawings
- Meeting set targets whilst working in a production environment
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
What you will bring:
- Hydraulic/ mechanical fitting (any industry)
- The ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings
- Working to strict health and safety procedures
