JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out all allotted casework in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Analyse legal matters and advise clients on the appropriate course of action.
- Deal with all routine correspondence, negotiations and advocacy where appropriate.
- Provide supervision, where appropriate, to junior members of staff.
- Keep clear and regular communication with clients high.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE experience in Housing matters.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Experience of Legal Aid funding.
- Experience of privately-funded work.
