Are you a skilled Multi-Trader who takes real pride in delivering a high-quality finish? We're working with a well-established and growing contractor specialising in high-end residential properties across London and the M25. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join their close-knit team.
This isn't your typical maintenance role. You'll be working in beautiful private homes where attention to detail, professionalism and quality workmanship are everything. The Role
As a Multi-Trader, you'll be carrying out a range of high-quality fabric works, including:
- Wall and floor tiling
- Decorating and making good
- Boxing in pipework and services
- General fabric maintenance and repairs
- Finishing works to an exceptional standard
- Working within occupied private and high-end residential properties
- Building strong relationships with homeowners through excellent communication and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Strong all-round Multi-Trader with excellent tiling skills (essential)
- Experience working within high-end or private residential properties
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
