Tealium is seeking a strategic, technically fluent, and results-driven Partner Development Director to accelerate growth across EMEA. You will own the strategy and execution for key cloud, data infrastructure, and technology partnerships, with a particular focus on ecosystems such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will help accelerate that strategy by building the partnerships and distribution models that extend Tealium’s reach. You will identify new routes to market, strengthen strategic relationships, and develop product-led marketplace motions and listings that make it easier for customers to discover, adopt, and build with Tealium.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with meaningful technical acumen across modern data and cloud infrastructure. Most importantly, you are a builder, proactive in identifying opportunities, comfortable creating new motions where a playbook may not exist, and able to turn ideas into scalable partner strategies and measurable revenue. You will leverage partner data, market intelligence, and modern AI-enabled tools and workflows to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, improve execution, and drive better business outcomes.

This is a UK-based remote role. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom to support our EMEA partner ecosystem and regional business needs, and must be willing and able to travel up to 50% across EMEA.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Build and execute an EMEA partner strategy focused on strategic cloud and data infrastructure ecosystems, including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP.
  • Develop and scale product-led marketplace strategies and listings that expand distribution and create new paths for customers to discover and adopt Tealium.
  • Build new partner motions from the ground up, proactively identifying opportunities across the evolving cloud, data, and AI infrastructure landscape.
  • Own the performance of strategic partnerships across pipeline, revenue, marketplace adoption, technical enablement, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Develop compelling technical and commercial value propositions that motivate partners to integrate, build with, co-sell, and go to market with Tealium.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and data to identify opportunities, evaluate partner and pipeline health, improve productivity, and make faster, more informed decisions.
  • Build relationships across partner product, engineering, marketplace, sales, and executive teams to accelerate execution and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Tealium Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive aligned execution.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • 5+ years of success in enterprise technology partnerships, business development, cloud alliances, or strategic partner development.
  • Strong experience across cloud, data infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems, ideally including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency across cloud architecture, data infrastructure, data orchestration, integrations, and the building blocks supporting modern AI applications.
  • Experience developing cloud marketplace or product-led distribution strategies, including marketplace listings, integrations, or co-sell motions.
  • A true builder mentality, with demonstrated success creating new partnership motions and go-to-market strategies rather than simply managing established programs.
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical and commercial audiences, from product and engineering teams to sales leaders and senior executives.
  • Highly proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy, able to identify an opportunity, build a plan, mobilize stakeholders, and drive it through execution.
  • Experience leveraging modern tooling and AI-enabled workflows to improve partner engagement, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

This position offers a base salary range of £100,000 - 130,000 GBP annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
