What You’ll Be Doing
- Building landing pages, microsites and digital experiences.
- Working across CMS, low-code and web platforms.
- Delivering engaging, user-focused experiences.
- Turning campaign briefs into live experiences.
- Launching and optimising campaign pages.
- Partnering with Marketing teams to drive results.
- Improving performance through testing and optimisation.
- Applying UX and conversion best practices.
- Using insights to enhance engagement.
- Supporting websites and portal environments.
- Developing the "Making IT Personal" Customer Portal.
- Delivering fixes and feature improvements.
- Creating content within web experiences.
- Designing engaging page layouts.
- Developing simple visual assets.
- Creating interactive web elements and widgets.
- Balancing delivery with experimentation.
- Adopting new tools and AI-driven solutions.
What you’ll Bring
- Experience building websites, landing pages or digital experiences across multiple platforms with a strong focus and execution and outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience delivering campaign-focused web experiences.
- Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimisation best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, including GA4.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and manage content directly within web builds.
- Experience optimising landing pages for engagement and conversion.
- Knowledge of tracking, tagging, forms and lead capture implementation.
- Open to adopting AI-driven approaches to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress along with knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Power BI, data reporting and performance analysis is desirable.
