About the role:
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start their career, working towards an internationally recognised qualification (ACA) and gaining valuable on-the-job experience with a highly respected accountancy firm. You will join a dynamic team and work with a range of different businesses and rapidly gain responsibility whilst completing your qualification with us. You will have a dedicated people manager and work within a team of like-minded individuals at various stages in their studies. Every six months, your progress is formally monitored and reviewed by the firm’s training team. The variety and level of work provided by the firm is planned in conjunction with the progress made in academic studies and previous experience.

This includes paying for the costs of these studies and allowing paid for time away from the office for study. We also provide excellent on-the-job training and all of our trainees are given a wide range of work to enable them to learn and develop. It is our belief that each trainee has a chance of becoming a partner in this firm and we give them every opportunity to push themselves forward.
Our offices are based in central London but you will spend part of your working time outside the office working at clients’ premises. Most of our clients are based within the Greater London area. A typical assignment might last a couple of weeks, some more, some less. You will start as a junior member of a team of two to four people.

As well taking your first steps in a great career you will find your role with us to be enjoyable and fun, working in a team that is warm, sociable and supportive. We will provide you with meaningful support as you undertake your exam training and the exams themselves. As you gain experience and seniority, you will be given the opportunity to start leading audit teams and take on additional responsibilities. By the time you reach the end of your final year of training with us, you will have a well-rounded set of practical and personal skills and a clear idea of how you want your career to develop beyond your training contract.
