About the role

Taylor Hawkes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates into the US Professional Services market. This is a candidate-led role, best suited to individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

We welcome applications from consultants with experience in Professional Services recruitment, although high-performing individuals from adjacent sectors with demonstrable transferable skills will also be considered.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates across the US.
  • Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.

Strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.

Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.

Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including CRM and video interviewing platforms.

Fully remote working setup (UK-based).
