As our Graduate Project Manager, you will kick-start your career by playing a central role in successfully planning, coordinating and delivering our key initiatives.
You will be the driving force that translates complex projects into clear, actionable plans, ensuring our teams stay connected, on track and set up for success from day one.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Delivery: Take ownership of translating key projects into a clear, visual project plan, utilising Gantt charts to map out critical milestones, dependencies and timelines.
- Stakeholder
Collaboration: Act confidently as the bridge between project teams; proactively engage with the key stakeholders leading the projects to ask the right questions and understand everything required to get it onto the master plan.
- Monitoring & Clash
Planning: Continually review overarching schedules to "clash plan" across all projects, identifying and addressing any concerns over resource capacity, particularly during crucial roll‑out stages.
- Tracking & Escalation: Maintain a highly proactive approach to ensure all key milestones are met, acting quickly to escape issues to management if any tasks or workstreams begin falling behind.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare insightful materials and provide regular, engaging updates in operational meetings to keep everyone aligned on project progress, risks and achievements.
Requirements
- A recent graduate eager to learn, backed by excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Some practical experience (academic or professional) using project management software of any kind.
- Confident in collating information and designing clear, engaging presentations using Power Point or similar software.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with minimal supervision.

- Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
