Tallis Amos Group are hiring for an Agricultural Service Technician in our Leominster depot, Herefordshire, to grow our capacity to provide premium service to our growing customer network of both existing and new business.
Representing one of the most recognisable brands within the agricultural sector, John Deere, our market share increased for the year 2023 as recently reported in the Farmers Guardian. We remain the first choice for machinery sales as new technology implementation creates new opportunities.
The role will be familiar to any experienced service technician; a mixture of PDI, general service and breakdown attendance with the work being split between the local depot and customer sites. Applicants will need to be skilled in fault finding, diagnostics and have strong mechanical skills to implement robust repair as well as having strong customer communication skills.
The work is spread over 5 days per week with a rota for weekend callouts for added overtime earning potential.
We will provide brand specific training for those who have not worked with John Deere before as well as a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and tool allowance.
