Excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Content / Social Media Executive to join a Top 100 full-service PR & Digital agency with offices in the heart of London and Glasgow. London based with hybrid working.

Headline Responsibilities

  • Working across both social and dedicated client teams and responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of digital content for clients across personal care, health & beauty, petcare, food, drink and retail.
  • The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our client meets the growing digital demands and expectation of new and existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content planning and creation across social and online channels.
  • Day to day social community management and proactive engagement.
  • Identifying and upselling opportunities to grow clients’ social equity and drive engagement.
  • Managing influencer collaborations from influencer ID to creative output.
  • Providing social analysis and counsel for periodic client feedback, internal resources, and trend reports.
  • Supporting new business activity by providing digital insight and creative solutions.
  • Acting as an ambassador for digital-first thinking across the agency and growing internal knowledge.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A natural born storyteller and content creator with strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
  • Experience managing and maintaining paid social ad campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Familiarity with social and digital performance and analytical tools.
  • Experience managing online communities (proactive engagement, monitoring, escalation, etc).
  • Experience working with social media influencers.
  • Self-driven, well organised and with solid time management skills.
  • The ability to align creative ideas to strategy.
