Description: Blossoms Care Services Ltd are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated care assistants to join their growing team.

Blossoms Care offer a wide range of services of are and are tailored to the needs of the service user and designed to support them to be as independent as possible.

These include: Supported Living - Helping adults with learning disabilities to have the opportunity to live as independently as possible.

Care in the home - Provide in-home care such as personal care and wellbeing.

Day Opportunities - A dedicated day service with a range of activities.

HMP Services - Working within the Sheppey Cluster Prisons, Swaleside, Elmley and Stanford Hill.

The team are referred clients to support whilst serving time.

This can be from personal care to cell management.

Domestic Support - Support with cleaning tasks.

Companionship - This could be a daily or weekly visit.

Training / Apprenticeships - Whilst working for Blossoms Care Services we offer a range of training opportunities including apprenticeships.£12.71 / hr Talent International UK and it's subsidiaries, Digital Gurus, Infinite Talent and Rethink act as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
