Systems Accountants is partnering with a leading international organisation in London to recruit a

One Stream Finance Systems Manager .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage in its finance transformation journey, playing a key role in the ongoing development of its Group reporting, consolidation, and planning capabilities.

Working closely with Group Finance, FP&A, Accounting, IT, and international finance teams, you'll take ownership of the One Stream platform, ensuring its effective administration, continuous improvement, and alignment with wider business objectives.

This position offers the chance to make a significant impact as the organisation continues to invest in its financial reporting, planning, and analytics landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • One Stream Administration & Governance
  • Manage and maintain the One Stream application, including hierarchies, dimensions, metadata, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Administer user security, access controls, approval workflows, and governance processes.
  • Oversee reporting cycle activities, including period opens, closes, and workflow management.
  • Ensure all system changes are appropriately documented, tested, and controlled.
  • Financial Reporting & Consolidation Support
  • Support monthly, budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Assist with Group consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and consolidation rules.
  • Investigate reporting variances and ensure data integrity across finance processes.
  • Support the production of management reports, reporting packs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Data Integration & Systems Improvement
  • Support integrations between One Stream and source systems, including ERP platforms and other finance applications.
  • Investigate and resolve data load, mapping, validation, and reconciliation issues.
  • Work with Finance and IT stakeholders to improve processes and automate recurring activities.
  • Drive enhancements that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • User Support & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance users across multiple regions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Deliver training, user guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Finance Transformation
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Finance Systems Analysts or supporting resources.
  • Help prioritise support requests, reporting requirements, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Support broader finance transformation programmes involving EPM, ERP, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to the long-term finance systems roadmap and capability development.
  • Required Experience

To be considered for this role, you will have

  • Strong hands-on experience with

One Stream administration, support, or development.

  • Experience supporting financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
  • A strong understanding of finance systems, data flows, integrations, and reporting structures.
  • Experience working closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Systems, EPM, Consolidation Systems, or Financial Reporting Systems role.

Desirable

  • Experience large ERP environments.
  • Exposure to Power BI or wider reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
