Position responsibilities:
- Complete BPM analysis, requirements definition, design, development and other implementation activities such as training.
- To architect Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions.
- To undertake business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, process design, writing specs and general analysis.
- Assist with Presales as required.
- Assist on Support Desk as required.
- Active contribution to the wider Team.
The candidate will have:
- Excellent business knowledge.
- Some consulting experience preferred, though not essential if you can demonstrate capability.
- Enjoy dealing with clients face to face.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- An understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Knowledge and experience with VB development.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Technologies.
- Strong OO knowledge.
- Strong skills in C# and ASP.Net.
- Experience developing class libraries (dlls).
- Experience delivering integrated solutions, interfacing with multiple applications and databases.
- The ability to share knowledge and experience with others.
- Good understanding of business processes and IT trends.
- Ability to identify, handle or escalate critical client concerns.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work unassisted.
