ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are excited to be recruiting for a highly regarded law firm in Market Harborough, who are looking for an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in private client work to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working with a broad range of clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising client on inheritance tax planning, trusts and wealth management.
- Providing compassionate and expert guidance to clients during what can often be challenging times.
- Drafting wills, trusts and other relevant legal documents.
- Conducting thorough estate planning reviews and advising on tax-efficient strategies.
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth estate administration.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide accurate and current legal advice.
ABOUT YOU:
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong experience in handling wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A high degree of empathy, professionalism and discretion.
- STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
BENEFITS:
