Private Client Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team in their Petersfield office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment. Key Areas of Focus: Wills drafting Probate administration Court of Protection / Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) Tax planning and advice Trust set up and administration Limited contentious probate work Duties will include: Managing a varied caseload of private client matters. Providing advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Trusts. Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly or incapacitated clients. Proactively networking and marketing to generate new business and enhance the firm's reputation. Maintaining good billing records and meeting targets within the team. Experience of contentious probate work is desirable but not essential. Desired skills: Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 1 years PQE +. Proven track record of achieving targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. STEP qualification desired but not essential. Business development and networking skills.
