We are currently recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our Respite Service in Woking. You will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be a motivated individual to deliver high-quality service. As a Bank Support Worker, you will support customers in making informed choices, develop life skills to reach their full potential in accordance with individual support plans. Ensuring the customers are always treated with respect, as well as ensuring a safe environment is created. You will be required to provide personal care, including any health and medication requirements, manual handling of the customers we support. Working well within a team, you will demonstrate a practical understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, risk assessment, and confidentiality.
