Superior Wellness is one of the world’s fastest-growing wellness businesses and the company behind industry-leading brands including Platinum Spas, Aqua Solus, Chill Tubs, HEKLA, Portcril, Hot Tub & Spa Parts and The Wellness Co.
Our portfolio spans hot tubs, swim spas, mini pools, saunas, ice baths and wellness products, supplied through an expanding international partner network across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.
Now a £46 million business, we’re investing heavily in our brands, products and people as we continue our journey to become the world’s leading wellness company.
The Role
This is a key brand-building role within one of the fastest-growing wellness businesses in the industry.
We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Content Manager who can help elevate our brands through stronger creative direction, compelling storytelling and commercially focused marketing.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands look, sound and feel across every customer touchpoint.
Working within our 11-person in-house marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, paid media specialists, social media, email marketing, events and digital teams to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
You’ll also directly line manage our Email & Social Media Executive, helping develop their skills while ensuring consistently high standards across our content and campaigns.
This isn’t simply a content role — it’s an opportunity to influence brand strategy, shape creative direction and help build brands that become market leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver brand and content activity across the Superior Wellness portfolio.
- Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines, ensuring consistent tone of voice, messaging and visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
- Shape the creative direction of campaigns alongside our in-house design team.
- Brief, guide and review creative output across digital, print, web, social media, email, product launches and partner communications.
- Develop campaign concepts for product launches, seasonal promotions, trade shows, events and partner marketing.
- Write and brief engaging content for websites, brochures, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, video scripts and product storytelling.
- Translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits across our wellness product portfolio.
- Support both B2B and B2C campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and sales.
- Review and improve website content to strengthen SEO, user experience and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to produce high-quality marketing assets that help our partners sell more effectively.
- Support PR, online visibility and wider brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, using insights and analytics to continually improve future activity.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity, consumer trends and developments within the wellness industry.
- Team Management
You’ll directly line manage our Email & Social Media Executive and play an important role in developing the wider marketing function. Responsibilities include:
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the Email & Social Media Executive.
- Reviewing social media content, campaign messaging and email marketing before publication.
- Providing regular feedback to improve creativity, quality and commercial effectiveness.
- Supporting campaign planning and workload prioritisation.
- Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
- What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has experience building brands — not simply managing content.
You’ll understand how to translate brand strategy into high-quality day-to-day marketing across social media, email, websites, trade shows, product launches, photography, video and sales support materials.
You’ll enjoy collaborating with creative teams, challenging ideas, raising standards and helping brands grow.
Most importantly, you’ll bring commercial thinking alongside creativity, understanding how strong branding contributes directly to business growth.
- Experience within a Brand, Content, Marketing or Communications role.
- Excellent copywriting skills across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience developing and maintaining brand tone of voice and consistency.
- Strong creative judgement with experience briefing designers, reviewing creative work and maintaining high visual standards.
- Experience working closely with creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media, email marketing, websites and integrated campaigns.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to business objectives.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Previous people management or mentoring experience.
- Experience within wellness, retail, consumer products, leisure, home improvement or e-commerce sectors.
- Success in This Role
After 12 months, you’ll have
- Established clear brand guidelines across our portfolio.
- Improved the quality and consistency of content across every channel.
- Developed stronger campaign ideas that support both brand awareness and commercial growth.
- Enhanced product storytelling across all brands.
- Built stronger collaboration between marketing, design and sales teams.
- Successfully developed the Email & Social Media Executive.
- Helped make our brands more recognisable, memorable and commercially effective.
- Our Core Values
- Discipline – We get things done efficiently and effectively
Responsibility – We own problems and solve them
- Consistency – We aim to be better today than yesterday
- Integrity – We do what we say we will
- Team – We work together, support each other, and protect the team
