At Superior Healthcare , we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home.
We're now looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support a 17-year-old boy living in his family home in Polegate .
If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met.
Your responsibilities will include: Seizure management Manual handling Administering medication This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young people who have complex needs.
Shifts Available Morning shifts (increased pay rate): 06:30 - 08:30Twilight shifts: 15:00 - 22:00Weekends : 08:00 - 20:00Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.
We'll work with you to build a rota that suits your life.
