Sunswap is seeking a Training & Installs Lead to own the strategy, structure and quality of our technical training and installation programmes for service partners and distributors.
You will design curricula, build certification frameworks, manage the training programme backbone, and lead the installation team to ensure standards are consistently delivered across the Sunswap network. Occasional travel may be required.
