This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. Our client is a growing tech enabled financial services provider who are going from strength to strength. The Head of HR is looking for an ambitious forward thinking HR Assistant to join their team. The role will have a generalist remit and also give you the opportunity to work on exciting HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to broaden their HR experience in a busy professional services organisation.
Due to the nature of the role being a 6 months contract they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
The main duties of the HR Assistant role will include:
- Responsible for all HR Admin
- Involvement in the input of information to the HRIS
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Issuing any new contracts and making contractual changes
- Carrying out pre-employment checks
- Being a first point of contact for general HR queries and low level employee relations, providing high-quality, effective and consistent support to employees
- Contributing to the development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives such as TUPE, annual employment survey and job evaluation
To be successful in this HR Assistant role, you will:
- Be able to establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders across the business
- Have strong administrative and organisational skills
- Maintain a professional approach to work β ensuring accuracy in work, good attention to detail and standards are maintained
- Have a flexible and adaptable work style and be willing to participate/get involved in a range of activities to support the business needs
- Have previous experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have a desire to grow with the business and be willing to explore all areas of HR

- Hours β 09.00-17.30/8.30-17.00/8.00-4.30 Monday β Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (1 day increase per year of service MAX 28 days)
