We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who have worked with a UK DMC planning and designing interesting events, conferences and incentives for international companies sending MICE groups to the UK. You will be part of a small team that handles everything from the initial enquiry, creating and designing the events, negotiation with suppliers, preparing quotations and operating the event including onsite support. The company work with a range of clients from different industries including fashion, car, banking and insurance, media, manufacturing and other areas and most groups are custom made. Their clients come from the USA, South America and Spain. There will be the opportunity to travel. You must have good knowledge of the UK and Ireland especially hotels, destinations, event venues and restaurants. We seek a fluent English speakers with at least 2 years relevant experience. This will be a high profile role with the opportunity to attend fam trips, site inspections and overseas sales mission. The office are in Clapham with the team working from home one day a week.
